I paid 1k for ship from Prague to Detroit, $65 for transport company to get her from the airport to warehouse and I took paperwork to customs myself (5 mins and saved $50).

My last flight out of Germany to ATL (Nov 2018) was just under $700US. The carrier gets another $60 to unload. I also use Ellen. She normally comes to cargo to say, hi. She also can get the ball moving when people are sitting around waiting for shift change. Most of my flights are late afternoon, so any delay and I risk customs being closed.
