The rest of the remarks on here are pretty true & relevant, whoever you are - if you don't like them, CHANGE your behaviour rather than calling out breeder after breeder. Research breeders first, don't rely on 'friendship'; Check documentation before you buy stock; Stop off-loading dogs that don't work out on Rescues. None of this is the behaviour of someone most of us would regard as a 'good' breeder, let alone a 'breeder of merit'.

Don't care if AKC puts up with what you do - that matters not, to most real dog lovers.

So let me get this straight, you bought a mother and daughter from this guy, find out the daughter is such a nervous wreck that a vet recommends putting her to sleep yet you decide to risk perpetuating that problem and breed her mother? I don't care if you ended up breeding her or not or if you are an "AKC Breeder of Merit" anyone with common sense can see there's absolutely no merit or thought put into that other than money.

This is problem when you trust friends. I got screwed few times by seems to be my best friends, so I am kind of gun shy now. Beside my dogs I don't trust anyone including my wife and kids. I know Shahbaz personally, back in a day We used to show together. I think you can still talk to him and get some positive respons from him. Just give a try and see what happens.
