the "remodeling" of the femoral head is the only thing that worries me if I am going to have better radiographs taken and resubmitted. thanks for your input!

Honestly, I wouldn't bother. That remodeling won't go away enough to pass. I don't know what you would gain from it, really.

Even in the most remote case that the hips passed, but don't think there is any chance, the elbows won't.
Save your money and enjoy your dog.
