Seems like most have had good experience with the kennel. I do know one pup that was imported by a man here and it was very much a piece of junk. Nice looking, extremely afraid of people. Wouldn't come out of crate at all at airport.
Dog was given away as a pet later on and the man had tough dealings with the kennel.
Again this is one particular case. It was more the way the problem was dealt with or lack of care that he was most pissed off about.
Did something maybe happen to the pup while being transported?? Maybe, but if pup was anygood it should come around.
I guess like everything its who you know.

Although it's clear that many people have had positive experiences with Salztablick dogs, I personally had a bad experience - paid big bucks for a young male import that turned out to be a spook.
