Sad reading these comments...people who have never trained with this man are making claims they can't back up.
You're right BM...it's impossible to create a "man focused" dog while giving it bites with a sleeve. High level training advice right there.
That KNPV GSD and that whatever it was Bulldog you posted are definitely the peak of the dog world. You're definitely the one to go to for any kind of dog evaluation. Thumbs up.

BM, Shawni, as long as you are not willing (or not able ?) to understand that a good dog is a good dog, no matter the "sport", no matter the equipment, no matter the personal goals of its handler (!), you still have a lot to learn, sorry, just my valuation.

I don't think bm and shawnicus understand what training is and does. They also seem to think a suit is civil, a sleeve is play and lastly the seem to think knpv and such are not the same lines essentially as most every other ipo dog.
Makes me wonder what they have actually learned over the years, if anything at all.

Well VK let me say it simple I have training and done/do decoy work in 3 dog diciplines over the years
IPO-KNPV and BHN
I can tell you most dogs in the KNPV are more man focused than IPO sleeve dogs because the training is different also the technique in bite work on different places leg-arm . But hey I can discuss with you many hours but for me its
a waste of time because you only have exper
ience on forums and an a litle litle, dog training you can only learn when you do it yourself or spend many many hours in the suit than you wanna see the different in training and dogs, So please don,t waste my time with you VK

You had to put a suit on to teach a dog to be man focused. Many, including myself, can do it without a suit and can do it with a sleeve. Some people need the security of a suit in order to agitate a dog...others don't.
It's also horrible how bias ridden your posts are...it's clear that you just have issues with IPO. IPO sleeve dogs...just like KNPV suit dogs. Same thing...yet you don't write it that way.
Maybe go back to calling a backtied, have no choice but to bark and snarl bulldog, amazing and stick with that?

This is how bm fails to see how he destroys his own argument and confirms mine;
"
I can tell you most dogs in the KNPV are more man focused than IPO sleeve dogs because the training..."
Yes they are trained to bite a leg sleeve or a sleeve on other targets like an ipo dog is trained to bite a left forearm.
The only difference is ipo trainers care about grip quality.
The only thing you got right is when you said less people are interested in the type of dog you like, that is actually correct. I doubt you are going to change the market, perhaps its time to change yourself.
The beat em till they bite crowd are on on the wrong side of history.
