Of course its a bad idea. But it is part of the much wider and complex pattern of shifting money around between the companies run by the top % of the rich and powerful, taking advantage of ways to avoid regulation and tax as much as they can, and maximise profit, at the expense of low wages and reduced employment rights for the people in each case who actually do the work. This IS the 'new world order' - either learn to understand how it all works, and fight against it; or give in and succumb to it.
