seems that when someone makes a big enough fuss online on public forums about them, VonZoeller suddenly gets their act together.

just to let everyone know they made everything right.  because of this i have actually purchase 3 more dogs from them.  they are actually a joy to work with.  everyone gets to overwhelmed from time to time to take care of things right away. they actually care about their dogs and give them the attention they need :)

I have had trouble with them and how. I Purchased a dog from them and never received the paper work the registration paper work from them. They were very easy to contact during the start of transaction. I received the dog and it was in poor health. The dog had hook and round worms. I found this out during the initial seven day vet check period. I payed for that and did not ask for any money in return for this but requested the papers. I requested them a few more times by phone and by email. I fanally got the atterney generals office involved and they did not respond to them. I even contacted the BBB and you find that they also have un resolved complaints.  The AG office as at least three on file This tansaction happed sept 2007 still have had no responses from them. I am happy with the dog and it is now very healthy. I will admit to fact that they did send the care package like they promised with rabbies tagg all be it months after the fact and I had al ready had the shots redone. she even sent a note stating the papers would be coming be ware they do know the folkes at Euro k9 and I have seen another place in ct I dont rememer the name something farms but all dealing with gsd

All I would like is way get my papers. I can't breed she is now fixed  but I figured I would like to have my papers for 2500 dollars

Keep talking and Posting and maybe by the end of the day  you will get yours as it looks like that is what wakes these people up.

Yes, they are both complete con artists. One of them spent 2 years in jail for money laundering. They are the friendliest people ever when you first call them. Once they have your money, you will never get a hold of them again or get any papers. They are good friends with Eurosport K9 another dog broker raquet. This is where most of Von Zoellers dogs come from. I wouldn't waste your time with either breeder. They sell quantity not quality. Go to somebody like Dean Calderon.

This thread ought to bring forth some good conversation , as of date,   because all Ive heard here  , lately, is how great Eurosport K-9 are, and how they work so well with everyone...I believe glbtrottr has some experiences with them, and everyone thougth the very poor represented gsd on the site, was from them but turns out not to be. , according to glbtrottr.....

I find it interesting that KCOMPGUY joined this board on 8/12/2007, this appears the only post, and out of the gate it's a badmouth on a kennel...sounds like a hatchet job / revenge job to me, and there seems to be a lot of that around here lately...I happen to know a few people in that neighborhood, and if you need to get your papers that are owed you, send me a note and I'll help clear it up - fly6ll@gmail.com.

Last I heard Von Zoeller closed shop a long time ago when they lost all their stock when someone brought a very sick dog around - took them a long time to decide to get back into it - but Von Zoeller exists no more - are you sure you bought  a dog from a kennel named that?

And as for Mcraft950, same thing - joined on 7/27.2007...who are you?  I don't think you've posted on this board before - I'd like to know more about why you're recommending Dean, as I'm in the market for a dog.  Have you bought one from him?  Any good pics?

My experience with Eurosport has been great - the little bitch we bought from them is much loved.

Just because Zoeller bought dogs from Eurosport k9, doesn't make them "good friends".  I know quite a few people that have dogs from Eurosport and are very happy.  These people I know personally, and are not iding behind a screen.  Somebody said Eurosport is a quantity over quality kennel.  Yes, they have a vast number of dogs available.  Does that mean that their is no quality?  I do believe that three of the dogs from their kennel will be competing at the WUSV.  I don't think it is fair to loop Joseph and Taunya in with Zoeller because they sold them some dogs.  You don't see people blaming Ford or Chevy if someone ripped you off on a used car.

Hi,

This is Laura from Von Zoeller Kennels.  The post on this thread are correct we closed our facility almost a year ago.  If someone has a paperwork issue please contact me at LHZoller@hotmail.com  As of the date of closing all the paperwork that I had for clients was sent out.  However, I have several items that have come back because people did not claim their certified mail.  I also have a few pieces here that require signatures before the can be processed and I could not get in touch with the owners.

EuroportK9 has not be affiliated with Von Zoeller Kennels - we sold some dogs for them.  EurosportK9 are great people to deal with and they have awesome dogs.

Sorry for any problems this has caused anyone - I will resolve any issue that I can.

Laura

I sent you an email to your personal box and the reason I am on this board is that I am search for a second dog. I would like my current dog to have company. I did not say anything bad about Euro sport. Just that many of the same dogs were posted on both sites wich is fine in my book and I am very happy with my dog. Had the paper work issue never cropped up I would have bought another dog from them know full well that when you get dog out kennel situation they may have health issues. I know this by working in kennel weekly so no I am not a stranger to dogs by any means. I will send a note to Laura zoeller in fact I would be glad if she were to post any responses right hear. as for being new to this board yup. being in business my self  cusomers  expect what t hey payfor  and it can not be provided I am not unwilling to come to some understanding but as yet this is the first response I also have pic of dog right off there website. If the situation is resolved I would be glad to to do a retraction post. If this is someone looking to do a hatchet job why would I looking solve the issue and just go away quietly
