You need to deworm your dam asap - tapeworms are no fun. I wouldn´t raise a litter out of a dam affected by tapeworms.

Blackthorn is right - Ivermec doesn´t affect tapeworms - and Hexe is right - tapeworms mostly turn up with fleas, and they turn up with mice, and rats. ( In case you are feeding raw - liver and lung can be infected with tapeworms, too )

I don´t believe in pumpkin or coconut oil, I´d go with Fenbendazole/Panacur/even Droncit. Learning by doing might be fine, but not with an unborn litter.

Hexe and Western Rider already mentioned it - take care of fleas (!), mice, and rats. Does she tend to eat aas? If possible, relocate her.

Personally I wouldn´t breed her as long as I didn´t get rid of the problem - good luck!

Niger worming her now is best using either of the two that I mentioned will rid her of the worms in one dose.  Even if you bred her the day after she is still not pregnant yet, and as I said the Popental states it may be used if Pregnant.

I imported a females years ago and she was loaded and so were her pups and you cannot dose newborns and by the time they are old enough much damage has been done to the pups.

Either do it now or as Susie said don't breed her this time get her clean.
