I had a male that was out of a von hena c stud dog (wasdy) , for me, he was the perfect dog, very sound, stable, went into any situation no problem, he could hike all day, or slug around all day..he had good health and passed away at 13. I like Pam's dogs, and if I were you I'd contact her, meet her, meet her dogs and go from there.

Susie, depends on how its used. Could be the sound of wind knocked out of someone, like when a dog hits a decoy so hard the man makes sound..ooomph. Almost a grunt.

Greetings- We are located here in MA and although new to breeding we are not new to GSD. We will be breeding our female Xsarah with Kelly Barons' Male Yupp within a month (+ or-). Kelly is very experienced. You may contact us or Kelly as we both feel this will be an exceptional litter.

I spoke with Kelly Baron from Treue Herz (https://www.facebook.com/TreueHerzGermanShepherds). She has a litter on the ground 6 weeks old-

Wonderful breeder with great dogs. Although she is located in State College PA I am here in MA should you want to meet. I will personally vouch for Kelly and her dogs.

Contact her I think you will be very happy you did.

I don't think anyone has mentioned Angie over at Liberatore K9 in Maine. She breeds very sound dogs with the qualities you are seeking.

Q Man

To me...It's very difficult to explain what someone wants in a dog (GSD)...Particularly trying to understand what a "newbie" wants in a dog...For sure in a Working Dog...
What is High Drive? What is High Drive to one is low to medium to someone else...
So...When someone says I want a dog with High Ball Drive...What does that really mean to them...
When I'm talking to someone that I don't know...whether it's me trying to buy a dog from them or if someone is looking at a dog that I have for sale...I like to take a good long time in being sure you're on the same page and are meaning the same things...and...Even then people don't understand what they're getting into...
When someone is looking at getting a new dog or puppy What they say they want and what they really want and mean are so many times different...

I liken it to the great question..."What's High Ball Drive to You"...???

If someone is coming to look at a dog/puppy that I have for sale I always suggest they try and bring an experienced person with them so they can give some insight into what they're seeing...

~Bob~
