I don't know you brought up the subject of nasty people so I figured you wanted to deflect and change the subject I obliged.
Ask yourself why you brought it up or am I the only one who can't talk about multiple subjects in a thread.
Here you go blaming me, switching it around to practice what you preach, really? Do you really want it that way?
I will take the challenge please show me where I preached about changing the subject in OT?
Still waiting on your claim of me breaking the rules or is that something you really don't believe but just want to put out to get others opinions, cause you find it interesting?

Red, please tell me that you don´t believe this stuff - this is propaganda at its best!
I normally don´t care about your (non)religious fights, but this is too much! You should start to believe in good and bad humans instead of good Christians and bad Muslims. In the sake of Christianity thousands of thousands of humans were killed, burned, enslaved, for centuries. Why? Not because of their welfare, but because of their land and their tangibles. Do you really think you are on the "better" side???

Susie, I was just trying to get across the point that Thomas Jefferson had battled Islam from overtaking 200 yrs ago.
I honestly didn't read the whole thing, sorry, my mistake. To me, there isn't 'sides'. We are all here and precious to the one true God. I can't back down from that, as it is the truth, although not a popular truth anymore.
Isn't Germany right now in the same predicament? I saw some news about that. Here is the accompanying pic.

Red, there are "hardliners" everywhere, in Germany too, but as a result of our history we try to find a balance ( at least the normal thinking Germans, and thankfully that´s the majority ). We made our faults, it´s a shame that in modern times there still is the space for religious hate, no matter which religion, but as soon as you take a look behind the curtain, it´s always about land, money, and primal fears. A true "Christian" doesn´t fight, nor does a true "Muslim", but on BOTH sides there are agitators, using the believers for their personal wars - think about it.
This picture above shows the "Kehlsteinhaus" better known as "Eagle´s Nest", Hitler´s Residenz - I have been there 2 weeks ago. I still don´t understand WHY my fellow countrymenn were willing to follow this man, but good propaganda ( and talking about religion is the BEST propaganda - always has been ) is essential for good soldiers. People shouldn´t forget - there have been agitators out of every religion, but the dead and their families don´t care if they were killed by a Christian, by a Jew, or by a Muslim...

Can't you see Red no matter the name used for "the one true God" people have killed in that name across all religions. I find it a joke when people say this or that religion isn't violent. They are all violent. My ancestors were slaughtered by people in the name of a God. Just unbelievable, it is genocide no matter how you rewrite it. Can't you see there were Gods before your God? Fact DNA tested back came from one man and led to South Africa about 30,000 to 50,000 years ago. Which is way before Adam & Eve. If DNA evidence points back to one man 50,000 years ago how can you claim it all started 3 or 4 thousand years ago? It makes no sense. Along with so many things in the bible. Why would a God tell his followers to commit genocide on the very people he created?

Based on assuming evidence or interpretation? What was before 50,000 year's ago? Macro evolution?

by GSD Admin on 26 October 2014 - 22:10
Shtal,
Instead oh asking me try reading HISTORY. Try to do some objective research. Try to get out from under the oppression of illusions you are under, it is all out there on the net. Plenty of real research. But you aren't likely to find much scientific research on a religious website. Only cherry picked things that refute real scientific research.
No matter the exact time frame, it refutes the age of the bible and the nice fable of Adam & Eve. So, if the time frame is off it calls into question the whole thing. Did God make the Neanderthals?

The accidental 'soup', Shtal; that rock you keep referring to, the single-cell chemical forms, water
and sunlight. That's what was happening before the evolution of the earlier species and the development
of the ancestral humans. Over a very long time.
[Which unfortunately led to you, as well as to us atheists ]

No kidding. Name one place where God tells Christians to kill that they can't take pictures or bake a cake for unbelievers? To the contrary, Jesus` says love your enemies, pray for them.
Fixed that for ya.

So when God picked Noah, He did so, because Noah's bloodline was pure and eventually the line of David would birth the Messiah.
Which line, according to Matthew or Luke? There are inconsistencies in the begats ya know. And besides, Joseph wasn't Jesus' father, was he? So how do you figure that he was from the "line of David"?? That's one nobody has ever 'splained.
