Understandable. I don't post pictures of my son unless it's from behind or his face is out of the shot.

GOOD BOY ERIK!
Isn't it just amazing the way dogs seem to just "know"?

There were only two pups in Star's litter. Her brother became a service dog, too!

What a terrific advert. for the GSD. RLHAR, your dog definitely deserves
that steak ! Fabulous fella.
Reminded me of some experiences with a bitch of my mentor's
that I used to exercise etc (she was my Taz's great-great-grandma),
Sagaro Pischa of Devat. We had a Day Centre for mentally disabled
adults nearby. Whenever we walked that way, Sasha made a definite
point of being really sweet and gentle with anyone who was outside and
wanted to pet her. She was, in normal mode, an extremely bouncy, and
sometimes a bit nervous, dog, so this seemed a little out of character;
but she seemed to look for these particular encounters like she understood.
