Mystere if your going to say negative things then maybe you should have proof first not just speculation!

How very odd (not to mention defensive) to describe telling people to check out charitable organizations as "negative." Some might even call that a "red flag."
Again, legitimate charitable organizations would, and SHOULD welcome scrutiny, so that potential donors do not end up being scammed by the miscreants...and become less likely to support legitimate organizations, as a result. No reasonable, or honest, person would object to potential donors checking them out carefully. Period.
I stand by my previous post. I could care less who considers it "negative."

Yes, the above statement is absolutely true, and was my point, as well.
I hope this is a wonderful organization with an obvious, wonderful cause. As a potential donor, I want to know it also has a competent, dedicated board with frugal money managers who have access to any funding I might provide. The fact the non-profit status is pending is not a bad thing. It does mean that the regular channels for donor due diligence are not present, such as Guidestar or Foundation Center. Even if total donations are small enough to not be on those typical sites, then the need for program financials is a must for any serious donation request from a savvy donor to be considered. Accessing significant funding from other 501 (c) 3 foundations will not happen, without that.
Best wishes for the Warriors, their dogs and the committed people who carry out their mission.
