In the past, I have used companies like PetEdge.com to help me purchase bulk goodies for puppies to go home with. I'm also a fan of JeffersPet.com and their prices.

It's been a while but buyers get AKC puppy papers, pedigree copy, vaccination history, contact information, a weeks worth of dogfood with instructions, and a long sit down with me all about care and training.

I send home a folder with the following included:
Copies of parents show certificates
Copies of all health testing results on parents
Vaccine/shots record
AKC papers
Pedigrees on both parents
Written feeding instructions
2 quart size bag of kibble they're currently eating
Written instructions on next shots/worming dates
Basic training instructions, including housebreaking
Blanket with scent of mom/siblings
Copies of parents show certificates
Copies of all health testing results on parents
Vaccine/shots record

Pedigrees on both parents
Written feeding instructions

I prefer to have them use an article with their scent on it to begin the bond.
