Two Moons

I agree ML, there's no shortage of abuse in the system as it is.

Tell that to the people affected by the lane closures. It affected millions. Sicking the IRS on people is abuse of power, too, but it doesn't have the impact on as many, only for a longer period. It all sucks a big fat one.

I agree,
and I hear of a class action law suit in the makings.
I mainly brought this up because of the Google survey that's been popping up, as if he's a serious possibility.
I wouldn't touch that survey with a ten foot pole, but this I don't mind at all.

Yeah, the ga zillionaire. I believe he's self-made and he gets things done....things this country can't do because of crappy politicians. He has balls and brains.

A bit arrogant, and the money bothers me a lot.
It's sad that money always rules.

The other thing I like about Branson is that he is already a gazillionaire so he doesn't need to rape and pillage to get rich.

One thing about wealthy people is they always want more.
And has I said, anyone who would try to change the status que would be risking his life.

by joanro on 11 January 2014 - 12:01

Moons, the man has money because he is smart and motivated and he doesn't need to f^^k poor people to get it. Arrogant? I see pride and self confidence. Only problem with him is that he's not American born (Brit?)

by joanro on 11 January 2014 - 12:01

We keep posting simultaneously, lol. Anyway, I'd rather have a wealthy man like Branson for prez, than some poor, unmotivated sloth who never accomplished anything in his life, because he never had an original thought or idea. And if he did, he wouldn't have the gumption or brains to succeed in any endeavor.

I have no problem with the man, yes he is all of that, but what kind of leader would such a man, any man is his position make?
We have enough corporate control already, that's why we are in the mess we're in now.

Wouldn't it be strange to have a working class president.
