I would consider a breeder with multiple litters on the ground at any given time throughout the year a large scale breeder. Mind you, these breedings should have parents with proper health testing and titles, and at least SOME thought behind them. Anything other than that is a puppy mill, IMO. I could link you to a site right now, where they breed both GSD's and Huskies... GSD's are all shapes and colors... bitches are bred on back to back heats... paypal buttons under puppy pictures... and not only do they sell Gift Certificates for puppies, they also have this giant puppy RAFFLE at Christmas time (at least a year or two ago they did)... it is enough to make you sick! I also saw on Facebook that they were looking to add another breed to the mess... ugh.

Dawulf, if this is the same kennel I'm thinking about, I can't believe people think these are normal colors! Only huskies have some of the colors.
