still no return of my money despite promises. Lots of excuses. 10 months of excuses why I have not yet received my money. Below is his last text message to me from facebook. He has supposedly sent me 2 wire transfers that the bank has not processed properly and so have never reached me. Funny how my money did not have any trouble reaching him. He will not answer my request to send me the wire transfer conformation number for his transactions so my bank can look for the money and verify his story of problems with the intermediate bank. He has sent me two bogus receipts that are suppose to be copies of his payments to me. They are missing several key pieces of information and do not look real.
BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH IVAN LUKIC- you will never see the dog you think you are purchasing or your money back. Here are our mssages from this past weekend. This has been going on for 10 months. EXCUSES AND STORIES- never sends my dog or my money back. I have10 months of messages like these..........

  Sorry for late repay, i was so nervous on friday because has a lot of problem in my office and with idiots from bank and yesterday has all day appointments and assembly in Serbian GSD club. I was with my lawyer and we was spike 2 hours. This chief manager promise that on monday will give full info and money will bee on your account or will back me money to send you on other way if they not fixed this. He tell me that main problem is intermediate bank which not have full cooperation with banks in USA and different currency problem. I not can tell as that is truth or not or is that is just excuses for has some mistake but i treating to him if not fixed that i will made him lot of problems. That make me a lot of stress and a lot of stress to you and really want to finish this because no meter of this i have lot of problems with my wife health, with my company and all other obligations. Believe me i give my best to finish this thing sun as possible. Will inform you on monday. Dont blame me if i not replay fast i really have a lot of thing out of office and many time dont have network and internet on my phone.

  All I am asking for is the payment confirmation numbers for the two payments you sent. They give you a confirmation number when you make a wire transfer payment. There is no problem with intermediate bank cooperation. I think you are making excuses and never sent money. This is all made up. If real you can send me confirmation numbers for payments. My bank can find money with that if really sent. You had no problem recieving my money by wire. Send me confirmation numbers for payments and stop with all the drama- very simple request- you should have these numbers if real payments were made.

So here is the latest promise to pay from Ivan Lukic. Count the number of times he changes his story in out messages below. Keep in mind that if you look at the previous posts above he has already promised to pay befire this- he tells lie after lie and constantly changes his story.BEWARE IVAN LUKIC IS A THIEF-DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!

KELLE- Hello- once again you are not doing as you promise

So finally this cheat has not given anyone's money, his legal action so called in India and else where never happened. Beware of Ivan Lukic I am warning everybody. This person operates from many names and has cheated many people. Advertises dogs that he never has. Takes only and makes stories . Expert in faking stories. Has many partners in crime as shown in Kelly post. One account is of slobodan mitic from udine Italy where he takes money by faking an identity and offering dogs.

No he has not done as promised and paid back any money. Every message is the same saying I will contact you soon or next week and we will finish this soon. Like others he threatened to contact a lawyer in Miami to me- I welcome he follow through, but he wants no part of any legitimate legal system. I am now sending all my information to a lawyer in Belgrade. I will do everything I can to bring justice to this thief. It is my opinion that he owes more than just the cost of the pregnant female he never sent me. I believe he owes me for at least the two litters she has had that were bred for me. That is lost income to me beyond the cost of the female originally. I also believe this is bank fraud. I wired money to him and never recieved the merchandise I paid for. I do not know the law system in Serbia, but I am sure the lawyer I am hiring will. Whatever they say I can do I plan to pursue to the fullest. I have tried to work this out for a year now with Ivan and he gives nothing but lies and excuses. It is time to turn it over to the law and see what can be done.

Ivan Lukic is an international thief who operates with many names and has swindled lot of people. Beware of this living parasite else he may suck more people. 

At some point there will be Justice............... maybe not the correct type but Justice
