Hodie
I live in the UK and have seen a specialist who has said that if the steriods are working and there is improvement then there is no need for surgery at this stage they r re-examining her in 1 week

When you say a specialist are you ref the osteopath? You really need to take the dog to a real veterinarian, & specifically a neurosurgeon. I am not against osteopaths, but this is a very serious condition & by waiting there is a real possiblity of irrepairable harm.

Hi sueincc
Yes it was a specialist veterinarian who saw her he specialises in spinal damage and injury.
Tonight she has walked around the garden pretty much un aided but is still very wobbly. I cant believe the change in her in a few days its unbelievable.
Thanks for everybodies advice
