Tri State- You do not properly identify yourself and facility anywhere. You said you location was listed, wrong. "We are new to the Tri State Area" Which state and town? Does not say, does it? Oregon, California and Nevada is the Tri State Area, so is Georgia, Florida and Alabama. How can someone Map Quest to your location if it is unknown? How can someone justify funds to go off to La La land, Tri State Area? You real state and town is not listed just as I told you in the critique about your web site, you replied and it still does not have a real state and town listed. What is and where is the physical location of your kennel? What is your USDA inspection number? What veterinarian, in what town issues your health certificates? What town issued you a business license? Is this a real "facility" or just imaginary? Is your "small scale kennel" just the back yard or basement? Is this an imaginary, fantasy, online kennel, facility only viewable online? Is this, a hobby you are trying to cash in on? "Only Certified Master Trainer and Handlers Course in WV" Oh you are in West Virginia? What town, still does not say. Doesn't Augusta Canine offer Certified Master Trainer and Handlers Course in WV too? That would mean you are not the "only" one. There are probably others. OK kennels, actual facilities, USDA inspection numbers, business licenses, animal control inspections and so on, or are you talking back yard and basements of other dog owners working with you under your fantasy online kennel / web page? There are not any pedigrees listed anywhere what so ever on your web pages, have looked several times. No address anywhere, No real phone number, no town and NO PEIGREES or REGISTRATION NUMBERS. You say pedigree under dog and puppy details, but the pedigree is never listed anywhere on any dog or puppy for inspection. Registered names are never mentioned or registration numbers, yet alone on any pedigrees anywhere. Oh, that's right there isn't any pedigrees anywhere. Why are you hiding your real name and address? What is your real name and real address? A real name and real address needs to be on any web site for credibility. Also a real phone number, not a 1-800 and a solicit information request web form. On your web form you ask for more information of interested parties, then you give of yourself. Just imagine how much more business you would have with some honesty and integrity. Imagine how much business you loose because of hiding your real name location and other information. Why would I give you my information on your web form, if you do not properly identify yourself and facility up front first? As for my email address, I am not trying to conduct monetary business with the public. You are the one doing that. Why would I give you email address if you do not properly identify yourself and facility first?

What in the HELL is a "Certified Master Trainer" anyway? I have always wondered... Certified by whom? To train for what? Is this one of those deals like the cleric/ministry documentation people who were avoiding the draft during the Viet Nam war used to send away for from the Universal Life Church? LOL ... or is it more like the self-description of "elite club status" I found on a certain East coast SchH club's membership requirement web page? God forbid I should ever be either one!
