how many times a year will you come on here to try to sell your collars and methods. Besides all of that it is people like you in the hardware stores that make many of them revoke pet owners coming in with their dogs because you are abusing and disruptive to a privlidge they do not have to give people.
Those dogs are NOT enjoying their training or being obedient, they are in the background trying to take them off, and the looks on thier faces besides the ear postures tell the truth of fail to your methods.

You can watch a million and one videos of GSDs doing obedience work on this site if you care to look (look on working forum). Sheer poetry, and not one of them used a pager, e collar or whatever you want to call it. The reactions of the puppy in this video are grotesque and unnatural.
You may also want to know a little about the people commenting before you call them newbies as well LOL. It's only the 'newbies' that will fall for your pitch.

Let me first say that I use an ecollar.
I thought the second video was disturbing. And while it shows that you can train a dog by zapping it into submission, why would you want to? If the dog was really well trained, she wouldn't have needed to zap it to get it to heel.
I can understand zapping it to prevent unwanted behavior - but zapping it to heal? I can understand zapping the dog at a lower level to let it know it's not doing what you want, but not at a level to make it turn it's head. And I certainly wouldn't be proud of it.
Geez - how about using a hand signal or a piece of food?
I guess this would be considered, "enhanced training methods". I would be ashamed of myself if I did that to a dog. I can't imagine anything short of running into the street that would make me want shock my dog that way. I can understand using an ecollar to interrupt a dog's focus if it were engaged in muzzle training, but to get it to heal?
I just can't see feeling any sense of pride from training a dog to heel with an ecollar turned up so high.

Poor training.

I think calling it "poor" is being nice

Yes.
I have used ecollars....none of my dogs ever look like that.

I have no doubt that there are dogs that have been well trained using an e collar and a million more that haven't. I personally have only ever considered the use of one necessary when a dog's behaviour put it and others in danger, in one particular case when it was an inveterate traffic chaser. That's just me. But this is frankly disturbing. I agree with Jeffs post. My guess would be that this dog has PRIMARILY been trained with the use of an e collar, using scant, if any any traditional training incorporating bonding/praise/reward. That's the only explanation I can come up with for such grotesque behaviour. I am guessing it is the latest 'quick' short cut method to train a dog being hawked here. E collars have their place, for those that know how and when to use them and the original poster does not IMO fall into that category.
