The dog was the responsibility of the trainer, he should be the one paying it. As someone who trains other people's dogs for a living, I am utterly disgusted that he isn't.

Where I live out here in the boondocks of NY, the smaller local radio stations will. Will announce your lost pets and all the radio stations have free space on their websites for such things as does our local TV station.
