Vom Brunhaus

70 degrees here in jersey, great training weather. Been on the field every morning with 2 of my guys. They even had some run at a herd of deer that flew by us like rockets. Dogs about half a foot ball behind them.

32*here last night for the low, but mid 60's durring the day. The cold wind stopped yesterday so now it's nice here too. Over Thanksgiving we had the most beautiful weather. It rainer a couple days a few days ago, now it's nice again. Makes good for 1am puppy potty breaks in the dark.

So, what's the latest on Taron?? Did he get shipped?? It's 32 degrees here, sunny and bright, 4"-6" of snow on the ground, and 2 of my dogs have taken off across the desert after a rabbit. The BLM coyote hunter (flying single engine) has been circling overhead shooting. My heart is in my stomach....please pray for my Caesar and Lucy to return home safely........

Yes last we heard the pup got shipped and all was taken care of. Where in NV are you Ranchinglady? OMG my dog would be prime suspect for a coyote shooter. Thats sad. Your poor dog can't roam the desert in peace? Your pups are in my prayers

4pack, thank you. I'm in the very most northern part of Nevada, near the Oregon border, close to absolutely nothing. Yes, I'm terrified. I do not allow my dogs to run out on the desert, but it does happen a couple times a year that they get on the scent of rabbit, deer or antelope. I hiked about 4 hours calling them. Now, I will just have to wait and pray. I appreciate your post.

My guys do that too if I'm not diligent about gettingthem the running they need. Usually a couple hours they come back. More than that I really worry. LAst year I was in Vegas for the PRCA and my dogs ran off on the person taking care of them. I was making calls from my vacation. Talk about pissed/worried out of my mond. All came out ok in the end. My male is just an ugly coyote lookin thing anyway. From a plane I doubt anyone would think twice.

Oh please do let us know when they are home safe. My prayers are with you
