The first picture was removed.  However within 12 hrs, a different one was put up  Shortly after that, that one was taken down and the original picture was put back up.  Sad thing is the ad really has valuable information in it.  As I understand, this person recently has had issues with different breeders and/or clients.  I do believe her intent was to get her point across but pass the blame on us.  As I stated, yes we have had problems with her and that is the reason she is trying to pass us off as the one doing the bashing by using a pic of our dog.....

Texasdeb, I am so glad that you can understand what is happening here.  I really do feel sorry for this person.  I wish she could find peace and confidence within herself and her breeding program that she could stand on that alone and not have to drag others into her messy situation.  Guess pointing fingers and redirecting negative attention away from her to others is her only hopes of getting to top.  I hope she gets the help she needs.

"this person has some type of serious medical condition which prevents her from thinking logically,"      What a great way to say this. I laughed when I read it.

Sometimes the best thing to do in a situation like this is to do nothing for now. Save everything she sends to you, calls that she makes, and DONT RESPOND. If someone is looking for attention (whether good or bad) and they just cant get it, they move on. You might want to come up with a generic response when people respond to you and send it out. Be non accusitory and direct. Then if none of this works, file a harrassment complaint. I wouldnt go to the husband. That could turn badly for you.

No her other half's ability to comprehend is not much better than hers.  It was his dog to begin with. Oddly enough both of them offered to meet us at a gas station so we didn't have to go all the way to their house. We were greatful for that but would have gone all the way. That was her idea, for us to meet at a "gas station, so we didn't have to go to her house."   That is the same thing she is criticizing others for doing, making arrangements to meet at gas stations..  The dog pictured is OUR DOG!  I am not upset with what she said, but upset with the fact she uses a picture of our dog.  Obviously she has had issues with other breeders, buyers, or clients.  I received a couple calls from GSD people asking if I submitted the ad, because it was a picture of our dog.  They stated since it was our dog they thought we did it. That is what makes us upset.

As for letting it alone.  After the threats we had about 2-3 months ago and her sending Animal Control and LEO to our kennel claiming our dogs lived in filth and were neglected, which proved to be false, and we didn't give her anymore attention, I thought she would just go away.. BAM! Now this ad..  Guess we just better prepare  ourselves for this to continue. We are ready!! One thing is for sure, They will NEVER get the dog back as we will NEVER allow him to go back to the enviroment he and at least 2 others that we know about, were able to get infected with heartworms in the first place.

Here is the ad.

Description

Concerning German Shepherd Breeders:

Buyer beware of individuals whom advertise puppies and do not give out there personal information or allow you to come to their premises and see the Sire and Dam of the litter! Or that wish to meet potential buyers at gas stations or remote areas to deliver puppies or dogs to you.  There is a reason they do not wish to have you and your family on the premises of thier kennel.  If no phone number is listed on thier website and you have only an email address for the breeder, chances are if you have a genetic issue concerning the puppy you will not have any recourse. Also if you are not familiar with co-owner registrations these are never a good idea because at any given time the breeder can make up the rules as they go, and basically repo your puppy from you whenever they decide to do so, for any given reason! Ask for full or limited registrations only! Have a blessed day and know that WE approve this message! Good luck in your search for the perfect German Shepherd!
