Aww, he kinda looks like my cat... except for the white spot. But he has those same bald lips!

I keep my litter boxes in my spare bedroom and have a baby gate up in the doorway. The cats jump over the gate but the dogs can't follow. and have you checked the kitty's mouth to make sure it doesn't have any abcesses or retained teeth causing the odor?

I fnally got a good look at the mouth. The gums look red an inflammed. He is teething, too. His rear molars are coming in.
I will make an appointment for the vet to see him as soon as the office opens on Monday. Something is definitely not right.
Dawulf, he does have a white spot on his chest, but it's only about a dozen hairs!
Also, his eyes are gold rather than yellow. Never had a cat with eyes that colour before!
