Thank you all for your suppoet. The Judge did not give a judgement said had to get the girl who was going to care for him in court. This is in no way about money I told cathy rogers thar I would do anything to have Aldo back at the least know where he is . When my daughter Morgan passed away the only thing I thought of the could be worse, was not knowing where she is. I cant get over what my Aldo went thru if he wonderd where his mom went. I wish she would have never called me, when I spoke to her in June of 07 she told me he went to a good home. I think she is the scum of the earth. I will not rest until we have justice for Aldo.

Is there any way you can afford an attorney?  That way you can easily subpoena Rogers to testify under oath about where the dog was placed and ansswer questions about her website and Aldo's presence there.  There are things you should and can do that I wont mention here but PM me for those.  Though you can get a subpoena yourself via a court clerk, an attorney would know what questions to ask and how to ask and also what to do if she does not answer truthfully or at all (she could be jailed for contempt).  I disagree with the judge, and like I said, if it were me, right then and there I would have ordered her to give the information and hold her in contempt if she did not, but I hope the judge at least dismissed WITHOUT prejudice.  Did he/she?  I wish some LE had some balls and initiative because based on her website alone, one could get a warrant to look for the stolen dog. 

O i have butterflies in my stomach but before I bust a gut... What is Aldo's full name?? Surely there is more than 1 dog named aldo?

I came across an ad, the name Aldo's Daughter screamed at me so I looked at the full ad and this is what is shown. Aldo Vom Neuberger Wald It will not let me copy/paste the ad tho so here is the link for it,

I dont know what good it would do if it were your boys daughter but the ad says she is akc reg. She was born in 2010 so if your Aldo was stolen in 2007 maybe you can contact this owner and perhaps get more info/evidence against Kathy... Just a thought

I just want to make sure its the right Aldo first, I sent an email to Pat about what I found, hoepfully its the right Aldo. That Bitch is for sale right now and if I remember right it says she has had 1 littler. so we will wait for pat to come on and we will see :)
