Ibrahim,
there are limited numbers of films online for free do to obvious copyright reasons, and finding the correct translation is easier if your surfing for the movie in your own region.
Sometimes youtube thinks I am Spanish speaking because I once hit on a subtitled movie of that nature.
They track your activities and lately they have been very inaccurate I think because their system can't handle the load.
I like to confuse them and I have found that I can...lol
