The tragedy is no one seems to have a brain any longer.
If you ever heard me speak of the nine and thought I was a bit off, perhaps now you'll see what I really mean.

This abysmal behaviour @ RNC merited one line right at the end of The Guardian report;
thats a liberal newspaper here in the UK,  so I fully expect this was more than it got
mentioned in our largely right-wing press.
Not only does no one seem to have a brain any longer, but it seems the media go out of
their way to pretend everything is hunky-dory.

But WAIT! There's MORE! Stay tuned for more corn, posturing and lies in Charlotte. I can hardly wait to hear what BS the democrats want to throw out as regards to this administration's record to date.

BE, I just read an article in the  "Tampa Bay Times" about the businesses in the area of the convention -  some did well, some didn't. One that didn't was a pizza shop whose owner said in his interview that - the Republican convention attendees were rude and spent little, but the Paul supporters were polite and patronized his shop.

by beetree on 03 September 2012 - 12:09

Wait a minute... Republicans don't like pizza?  It is probably more likely that Texans don't know a good pizza from a bad one, so sorry to have to explain this one!  I mean really, was it thin crust, or thick crust?

Having lived in the Dallas area for over 20 yrs. no they don't know a good pizza from a bad one. I know when I was up in the northeast visiting, I ate lots of good stuff from different cultures and nope the only thing Texas had better was BBQ and Mexican food..................

by Blitzen on 03 September 2012 - 20:09

The pizza shop owner didn't elaborate on toppings or crusts, he just said the delegates were rude, the Paul people were not, and he lost money. He wasn't the only business owner complaining; some did well while others didn't.
