A search on Whois revealed the following:
http://www.whois.net/whois/agsl.us

The point here, is that this does not appear to be anything started by any UScA board member. It appears that nothing was done behind the members' backs. Read the entire Whois and decide for yourselves.

I don't know where you get the idea "this does not appear to be anything started by any UScA board member."
Johannes Grewe and Tim Burke were behind it.
Most of the info on the whois site you referenced appears to be about the website host NOT the AGSL organization

I disagree Barkingoak.....if you are a member of UScA....join their members only forum on Yahoo = http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/USA-GSD/ and you will indeed find out that the AGSL was reportedly "discussed" by the EB....reportedly AFTER the website went on line for the short period. Reportedly (after some had seen a listing of officers on the website etc) it was stated that it was an error listing AGSL as a subsidiary of UScA as it was intended as a website only for UScA breeders and show schedules - at no cost to UScA. Because of the backlash from UScA members, rightfully so I might add, the website was taken down and damage control was set in place with what seems like everyone denying knowledge of any officers being already appointed to the AGSL and fingers were all pointing at the webmaster- I'm hoping UScA members are to smart for their damage control tactics and won't drink the kool-aid this time:) Funny how one name in particular tends to come up with these follies. Thomas, I don't have much confidence in the fact that it is an election year and much needed change will come about as far as the EB is concerned, although I hope it does..- the JA was and IS BS yet it remains.

Just because one person has to put their name on the registry does not mean anything as to who was behind the website or AGSL. I asked you privately to remove your post as its not about an individual (who reportedly donated his time and expertise), its about the continuation of USCA operating as they see fit, not about what the membership overall wants. You expect anyone to believe this one person dreamed this all up by himself? How dumb do you think we are?
