Hello again, since i know, that some peopel tend to see always bad things happening and might think, that since the patys involved know each other, that there is room for fraud, let me tell you, there is not. If a tatooer or breedwarden would try to alter the paperwork, there are draconic penaltys in place & and they do get enforced by the SV. They can range from beeing closed out of the SV temporely too lifelong diclosure from the SV aswell as hefty fines. Sometimes even disclosure from breeding under the SV. I believe the system works pretty good, but it is like with everything in the world...... sometimes you have guys that try to cut a corner. But i bet, the majority of breeders wont do stuff like that. Regards Ulli
