Congratulations.
Lots of people like Rally and do well in it and find it fun.
I took a class in it and I absolutely hated it. I think my dog picked up on my feelings because next to last class she picked up a sign, gave it a shake and tossed it. I think she was trying to say, "We don't need no steeenking signs!" LOL
I prefer formal AKC obedience or obedience for IPO.
Lots of people like Rally and do well in it and find it fun.

Thanks Cassandra and Rass!! Rass, yeah my instructor wants me to do rally like I am doing obedience. She doesn't want me to "get sloppy"!! Too funny about your dog with the signs!!! hehehehe

I just finished a rally novice on my GSD.
His first title.
I hope to get a RA, RE, OB, Tracking and Sch titles, now that his focus is improving.

Congrats, sounds like a great pup (and handler too!).
Good luck in your upcoming ob & rally!
I find like Rass, that I really didn't take to rally straight off, didn't out and out hate it, but prefer Ob. Mind you, only tried it once and maybe didn't really give it a fair chance. Maybe we should give it another go!
