Leerburg does not use tables and he is not a good reference for any kind of table training..

His experience is not what table people need.  YOU cannot learn TABLE TRAINING FROM INTERNET or tapes or videos.

Dangerous   ONLY serious people with serious dogs with serious Trainers in charge.

The art of Table training is not just putting a dog up on a table.

It is an intense way of using a certain TYPE of table..built for the purpose of holding a dog in place for intense focus, intense serious temperament  problem solving, and the use to try to pull out of dogs that are being bitework trained for PD or for protection work , that every inch of intense ness in the correct time and way..YOU have to be able to read a dog and understand his facial and his body language to use TABLE TRAINING>

IT is used with collars and they have to be attached in a certain length and a certain way..

DO not try table training unless yu go to a seminar from GENE ENGLAND or Nate or one of their trained helpers trained by either of them or someone who is and has been trained in the TABLES>

IT is not for amateurs.

There are many people who use the table for training but I would suggest Gene England also. Went down last year and it really works well when done correctly. The guarding was greatly enhanced.
