The rght hip is more than a bit out of the socket; now it looks like severe HD.

Yeah, pretty much the same thing I saw when I was tilting my laptop and squinting to see the last one. I went so far as to get my son'g magnifying glass, lol. Right side of screen is not going to pass.

This might be one of those cases where the dog suffered an injury. A better xray may confirm that.

Right side of our screen, probably left hip there is NO socket; right side our left side of the screen maybe fair. I don't think either will pass, but good luck. Nan

I'd say this dog has a big problem! BLACK IS AIR.. .and he has a HUGE amount of AIR inside the Body wall on the LEFT side of the photo... Not to mention... did anyone else notice the HUGE size of the Colon and the stool in it???? Oh my goodness!!! That is NOT normal!!!

JudyP... what were these xrays for??? Please do tell!!

Yes, I did. I was assuming she had them taken for a diagnosis and just happen to decide to ask us about the hips. Poor pup cannot be feeling well.

I'm glad someone else noticed that as well, black can mean fluid accumulation as well. This animal is very ill, hip status is probably an after thought. Could the OP fill us in? I've been worried since my first post.....thanks. jackie harris
