Pack,
Tell us how you got started with GSD's?  I could just send you a questionnaire and you fill it and send it back.  I won't post it, don't worry.

Jim
my father got sick of me bringing home any runaway stray dog and me insisting on keeping it.Couple of them I kept in our garage and trained them. Somehow they always disappeared after a while..hmmm wonder why? LOL
So when I was 14 teen my father decided that puberty should be fought with wisdom, you can't party if you have a dog to take care off.... not really I took the dog with me!
Alec was the first dog I raised, trained and trialed myself. Nothing with him was done to perfection and he sure was not a high scoring dog but he did all I asked him to do. HE was one of the few willing to die for the handler! He saved my stupid butt many times!
When I was 18, Alec was 4 years old, I moved to Prague and worked for a security company. The most stupid and dangerous job I will ever have. Alec was able to search wagons like a pro, he was able to jump out of moving wagon at the speed of 5 miles per hour (the train moving). he was a working Boy. This is Dina, my brother's dog I ended up taking care of and Alec as a puppy.

This is me, maybe at 15-16? don't remember with my dear friend Zusana and her dobe and Alec

The last picture was taken when I already worked in Prague, Alec is missing the tip of his ear.. That is my niece and nephew in Germany.

I trained and raised dogs in between, most of them ended up in service or in private homes. Handled some very nasty dogs, got bitten few times... never (thankfully) badly. Nothing spectacular. Then I got Orin... Then Ivy and she was poisoned and passed away so I have Nemah, who I hope trial this year along with another girl I have here. I had some other dogs here that I trialed for other people, again, nothing spectacular just a typical dog person.
Bob lifted his leg today, Birtee did her first track and Cuda ate my lunch!

Well damn.....I'm away for a week and miss out on so much.......

I missed out on the Virtual Schutzhund World Championships.....Congratulations Chaz..... Sorry to hear you've decided to quit competing.

Someone thought they saw PACK on the Bachelor........ This has to be a rumor because PACK has much better taste than to waste time with any of those P*$$!&$. Well.....OK....maybe she has a little time.

I did get to read what parties Alec took her home from in the chat room.........WOW.

Thank goodness I haven't missed out on any new puppy videos or pictures.........you can post them anytime now.

I would also like to know how you trained for the National FH2 title?

(Edited to Change National to World...sorry Chaz....didn't mean to demean your achievement)
