In regards to Czech HD rating here how Prager explained them to me:
Here are the levels:
First number is left hip and next number is right hip. Thus Left/Right.
0/0 ( Same as A normal)
1/1 or or any evaluation with 1 like 1/0 or 0/1 ( same as fast normal)
2/2 or any evaluation with 2 like 1/2 or 0/2 or 2/0 and so on(same as noch zugelassen)
3/3 or any evaluation with 3 like 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 or reversed3/1/,3/2 and so on Mild dyspalsia
4/4 or any combination with 4 is severe dysplasia.
