Your situation is a little different than the OP's situation.

I suspect you have some associates in the dog community. From this group of people there are probably people you know or friends of theirs that are looking for a puppy. Get the word out to those you know first.

The benefits are typically:

Your pups go to families or people you know.

There is a good chance you can remain involved with them.

You can help new owners be a part of your group of friends if thay are not already.

If there are puppies left, there may be some people that would be interested here on PDB. They can look you up here on PDB and get a feel for you and your breeding program. You have a written record with picures here.

I'll bet your situation and the kennel mentioned here are different.

I'm still waiting to hear what the seller said that made the buyer send money.

No' what i am trying to find out is that if i was a selling or advertising my Puppies, What i would like to know is what i asked above. Just think me as a breeder that you have not had contact with before and i am not on any forum. The main thing i would like to know is when do you expect to pay for the Pup after the deposit of course because you will have transport fees as well, and what will you expect from me as a breeder

I would expect there to be some research on behalf of the buyer. I would expect there to be some exchange between buyer and seller. I would expect there to be a list of things the buyer wanted associated with the sale and an agreement by the seller to provide. Once the parties are in agreement there may even be a contract. I would expect the buyer to send the money in accordance with the agreed upon terms which can vary. I would expect the seller to send the dog and whatever else they were supposed to.

Purchasing an animal is a complex undertaking. The better the animal the more work needs to be done. Look at a typical ad on this website. Not much more than a picture and list of who's in the pedigree. If you decide to buy a dog based on the ad. You may be disappointed. There's just a whole lot more to it if you want to be happy in the end.

In this case we don't know where the breakdown occurred. As usual it's just a statement from someone that feels slighted without any background on the transaction.

Yes, I guess it is easier for us over here than you Guys but when Puppies are sent over to the USA or anywhere else in the world it is then a problem for people this side to ever know what happened to them or how they are or were treated
I do not think if i ever breed a litter i would let the Pups go outside Europe mostly to Belgium Germany and the Netherlands, I would not sell to the USA or outside  unless i personally knew the person the risks  and problems which may occur are just not worth it

Really kind of a silly statement. I sent money off many times over the years, and I could give a shit if it is warning number 2000000000000, I am glad that this person thought enough of the rest of us to do so. 

And YES, IT IS THEIR FAULT.  With that kind of logic, then since I am bigger than you, and have bigger friends, then I should take your money from you, and anything else I want, and well, it is your fault for being smaller, and having weaker friends. Really, I cannot believe that you wrote that.

It is easy for all of us to say what is right and how to go about buying a dog from a stranger and specially oversea's. But how is it possible to pay the breeder or seller a visit to check up on him or her. The cost would be so great in travel and time most people cannot do that and the rogues know that.
I feel sorry for the person who has got caught or is caught in these circumstances. They are no doubt genuine trusting people who do not think of doing others wrong so therefore most logically think they will not be caught by the Breeder-Seller.
I know when i was a kid you never locked the house doors no one was well off mostly poor people but they had that sense of not taking what was not theres good honest people.
Now the kids will steal from there grandmothers if they get the chance in a lot of cases, The words honesty and fair play went out decades ago it it is now Dog eat Dog so to speak sorry Dogs for saying that, Me, i will make anyone pay who steals from me and i do not give a shit what happens to me afterwards but i will have justice,
However it is not helping this OP or others before or after because it will happen 10's of more times in the next few years i expect. How to go about buying even if you do your homework properly first is still risky. However the best way is not to buy from countries where you do not know anyone and i do wonder why some have to go to these countries anyway to buy dogs, At the moment it seems the Czech lines are all the rage in the USA. Well you are welcome to them they are not used much in Belgium and Germany in the same volume as the USA in Belgium very few and far between, Not even the police use those lines here, for sure after the last war there would have been little left of them and i would think they are just a mixture of everything in Europe after WW2 developed to make up the lines they have now, but that is not going to help the OP
