I'm sorry VM, but it seems like you have a bit of a chip on your shoulder when it comes to PDB. We are more than happy to have you here, you have been a great contributor, and I would hope you would stay, but really, if you dislike it as much as you say, I'm not sure why you keep coming back. Is it just to complain about the changes and people? There have been many changes made to this forum, perhaps you are really unhappy with the direction the PDB has taken, I don't know, but unfortunately we will never please everybody, and this is just the way it is in the world. Many people have told us they think the new board is a hell of a lot better than it used to be. I'm inclined to agree with them.

VM: I belong to a few forums, and most people I know frequent a few forums, there is no issue with that. The only thing I question is a segment of the membership that seems to spend an inordinate amount of time knocking everything about PDB, knocking everything we do, and every change we make. I don't get that attitude. There is more than enough room for as many boards as people feel like frequenting. But making a sport out of knocking an old friend (PDB), seems kind of mean spirited to me. That's something I don't see a whole lot of here, and I hope it never becomes common place, people ripping up on other people's message boards.

You betcha. Let's all just get along. That means that YOU can stop this now. YOU are the one who started this sniping. Go back and look. I have no problem with PDB, except that PDB mods keep accusing me of underhanded stealing of members. Never heard anything so stupid in my life. I began my forum because your loyal members ASKED me to. Stop blaming me and make this a more appealing place and you will quickly win them all back again and save me some money.

You know what? At least GSD is confronting you here on the board, instead of talking about you behind your back on another board. GSD has even tried to get you to talk about this, one on one in PMs to try and straighten out whatever your differences are, rather than fighting on the board. I think that says something about GSD's character. Can you say the same about yourself?

Obviously I ain't just talking about this one thread, VM.
There is enough space for all forums, but we can also try to remain civil to one another, both in front and behind one anothers back.

some forums are good forums. most are topiced about the same. i will not stay on a forum that is not about the thread but about who is the best debater.
when people come on a forum they come to learn and ask questions. they are hoping to find answers that will help them along the gsd path.
it is not right to call names and start a rucus with one another.
some people have to be the know it all and their way is the best . this is disrrgarding the issue because no one person has all the answers and knows it all.
