I went right out after I read this thread and took pictures of Anya and Grandma today. In the bottom 2, I made Capri stay and let Anya run around w/a cornstalk. They are looking at each other in those 2, lol. Capri was DYING to get up and grab that right out of her mouth. In the other one, Anya figures maybe if she's really charming and sneaks up quietly, Capri will let her have it....or maybe not.

I think Ava will stay/get much redder as she ages. But I see the pattern as Apache's...or maybe it's the expression/eyebrow area. I don't know...something about her reminds me very much of him. I don't even know Tonga except from pictures, but I see a lot of her in Anya.
I hope Anni gains more confidence on the training field for you. Ironically, Anya is Little Miss Tug-O-War. How's that for a switch? She and my son play all the time with rags, leashes, stuffed animals, etc. If he were older, I'd have to pay him for decoying. LOL
She was a riot today in the field, trying all her different tactics to try and keep sticks away from Capri. She'd get really mad when none of it worked and start digging furiously and flinging dirt and grass everywhere. She has "excavation marks" on her nose now. Here's one of the rare times when she succeeded (because Capri let her, lol, but don't tell her that!)

Wow, its still surprising how much Apache looks like Capri. The same intense expression. Ahhh....sweet little Anya, I miss her! I bet she likes the open fields.

LOL....we posted at the same time. I am glad your son has fun with Anya! And yes, it sounds like a quite the switch. I kind of expected it, but had to make a joice. Didnt want to send you any "junk" either....hahaha. I too can see Tonga in her and hopefully she got the good genes from both of them!
I too got some diggers here! Digging out rock and roots, and then they fight over it ....LOL Anni likes to grab Ava by the tail and then trys to shake it. Its hilarious to watch. And the puppy war is on...LOL

Deanna, just tell him you're pregnant. Then, when he starts to go pale, you say "I'm only kidding! We're just getting a puppy!".
I remember being a bit apprehensive when I found out the night before Apache shipped that Sina hadn't even told her husband. I had to trust her that it would be fine...and it was!

I can't believe you women. Men are very easy to please.

I was thinking that but didn't want to get too far into the gutter. Leave it to Chaz to put it tactfully and discreetly;-)
Sina, can you send me the pic w/all of them w/the stick in full resolution? I LOVE it. I won't publish it or anything...just want to print it for my fridge;-)
