WOW, that is one powerful dog.....I have seen some working line dogs not as entense as this boy.....Seems he is taking his training very seriously, more than just a sport.....

The first dog, is not fake, and not a show line.
This has been done to death on many forums since the many years ago since it was filmed. The Handler was brave enough to come onto many of the forums and explain the incident then the training, and development. The dog went on to become a very successful Tactical Firearms Dog (SWAT) and the the progress was shown.
As a rule police dogs don't bite on their first deployments, remember these dogs are not cornered, on a line with there handler, any dog will go into defence drive in those situations. Bart Bellon thinks it takes 3yrs to produce a solid K9, Bernard Flinks has similar views, the UK police get 10 weeks with a 1yr dog thats been with a puppy walker. Personally I would prefer them to not start a course until they were at least 2yrs.
Look at the clip again from a constructive point of view; what is the problem you are seeing, what behavior is the dog displaying, how has this been created and how do you go about fixing it.
I look forward to your comments.

I think I see a dog who thinks he is playing with and running with someone he knows & if he doesn't know the guy, he is not threatened by him. The dog is having a heck of a good time. Not sure how you would fix it or how it was created. Just know a happy dog when I see one.

I am tired of people making excuses for weak dogs. The dog I work now bit the suspect on its first deployment, no hesitation.
The dog in the video is weak.
Nexx Hartis Bohemia is a freak exception for showline dogs. This video has been banded around to death as it is the ONLY video I can see that show a show line dog with good protection potential.
If I am wrong, please post another dog apart from Nexx. There is no surprise that there are ZERO showline dogs that compete credibly at the FCI, WUSV, BSP, Nationals, Regionals and so forth.

HOLY CRAP!!! Nexx - Now that's impressive!

I think you will find a few exceptions in the Hartis Bohemia lines, but not a whole lot of others.

I would say perhaps more showline people should be putting in the same time and training with a helper like that of nexx and you would see more show line dogs like him. I had a nevado bad-boll son as a patrol/narc dog before my current one. He had hard bite, he was also a bit posessive of his drug finds. they are out there but the time and work has to be put in to develop and train them just like their working line cousins. Sorry don't have any cool videos of him as some a$$hole poisoned him. case still unsolved.

Also I notice Nexx is more compact than a lot of current favorites, how many centimeters tall is he? He looks like more of a proper size but it is hard to tell from the picture.

I agree in 100%. I live in Poland, we have no many good helpers here, that's why I work with my dogs in Czech Republik.
Thisis my female (on the videos she is 11-12 months old) - of course it's not as spectacular as Nexx, but I think not bad:
