I just attempted to go to the site you mentioned above, but was unable to gain access. In my limited German, I think it says the site is closed temporarily? Am I anywhere near correct?

Davren, I went there today and yes it looks like they are taking a holiday >> back on the 19th October I think.

Yes, Davren, that is what it says. They closed down their store (online as well) until October 19th. In the State of Hessen, they must have fall break right now (schools out for a week). They probably went on vacation like many others. I would just try them again next week.
