There are k9 companies here in Florida that will sometimes take aggressive dogs and use them for guard work. Maybe try that?

You are in a tough situation and I wish you the best with finding a good solution for you and your boyfriend that is also good for the dog.  I personally feel like having him humanely put to sleep would be the best solution in a situation like this.  I have only had occasion to ever be around one Vizsla and that was a number of years ago when I worked with a trainer at his kennel.  We had a male Vizsla come in who was unpredictably aggressive in much the same way you have described.  After months of training and hundreds of dollars spent on medical tests he was euthanized because there was no change in the aggression.  He was a model k-9 citizen all the time except for those moments he would seemingly turn into another dog and attempt (sometimes successfully)to bite someone.
