Hi
Reading all the replies , I wonder how come no one YET mentionned the holding up technique ?
as the dog jump up, grab both his front legs and hold them up !
the dog will start right away to try to get away from you holding it
maintain withinn the struggle, SAYING NOTHING - JUST HOLD TIGHT
eventually he will get out of your hod and the moment the front paws touch the ground, release comand and lots of praise ! should he jump up again, just repeat
I GARANTEE IT WORKS it is simple negative reinforcement -disconfort stops when the dog shows proper attitude.
