Alboe:

Gary wrote a new book a few years ago.. its an updated version of the original you had.
You can order it directly from him via this web site:

http://siriustrainer.com/

His old book might still be found on used book websites like Alibris or amazon, maybe ebay.

Sue Barwig wrote 2 different schutzhund books..  the older one is tan, and the newer one blue. (with Stewart Hilliard)

Sometimes at really big AKC dog shows there are book sellers with lots of the older breed books and training books, and you can find them there for good prices.

DenWolf,

Thank you. I'll do some looking. (The benefits of individuals working hand in hand to assist their fellow dog person on the PDB!)

Thanks again.

Leerburg - the power of training dogs with markers
Michael Ellis - the power of training dogs with food

in that order

marker training is a fun and rewarding method to teach a puppy, dog, cat, horse or any other animal. once you know the basics, its easy and they learn very quickly.

Pretty salty price for any kind of training information SM.

There are plenty of great books that require nothing more than a library card.
