Oops.......Not even sure why I put a comment on here......I was thinking of Kraftwerk.....not Kreative.  Disregard my previous comment.

Perfect example of how too much money can buy a lot of quality, but doesn't do much good if you don't know how to apply it.  Great talent for self promotion, at prices making plenty of bread and butter evidently to keep them operational, but where's the genious behind the backing?  If I had that kind of capital, the things I would do!  There's no excuse to NOT produce outstanding, but I would have expected more from them by now.

Glad to see an operation like KK in the United States where people have a chance to acquire some great genetics without going overseas.

Gustav - Its actually cheaper to go overseas than it is to buy from KK.

Always the best way to do business is Face to Face...Meaning...If you're really interested in buying a dog...from anyone...The best way is always to go and check out the people and the kennel for yourself...before finalizing the deal...I mean if you're talking about paying a good price for a dog/puppy...then you can spend the little extra and go and make sure you get what you really want...
I have talked and e-mailed the folks from "Kreative Kennels" and they seem to be first class...And I know for sure they have some TOP dogs...I also happen to know some of the people they get their dogs from...and even have a young dog out of one of the Males they have bought...Although I didn't buy my dog from them...It does attest to the quality of dogs they have...
The price of a dog/puppy is up to what the buyer is willing to pay and what they dog and to be sure you're getting what you really want...
It's true if you'd buy and puppy overseas...the puppy would cost you around $1000...which is around $1400 or so...then you'd have to pay shipping and U.S. Customs...so the entire process would be $2000 to $2500...Soooo...You basically get what you pay for...

Unless costs have doubled in the last year and a half, I don't think I would agree.  My czech pup including airfare was $1200 to Denver.  The pup was 500 Euro, and came from a breeder with a helluva lot more experience, and forgive my saying, better quality breedmatching sense.  If I paid that much for a pup stateside, they'd darn well deserve it, but no U.S. kennel fits that description for me.  I'm all for U.S. buyers purchasing from U.S. breeders, but few breeders here are worth their salt in asking prices.  Are they really charging $2500?  I'd pay half that much for a Kreative dog, if it was a breeding I REALLY liked.

Their pups go from 2500 - 4000.
Again everyone pays what you feel comfortable spending.
Im just saying its cheaper to go overseas.

I honestly have no idea how anyone could complain about the lines they have over at Kreative, I mean they are great lines not good but great lines. One can complain about price as much as a person wants however if people are willing to pay it (which I was) then it is ok so long as both parties are happy. I would dare say the very large and vast majority of Kreative dog owners are beyond happy, and their dogs are on the street helping keep America safe which is proof enough for me. My cousin has one of their dogs being trained for K9 work as we speak and could not be happier.

Fenrir,

No one here is complaining about the lines of the dogs that they have purchased and have decided to breed with.  What was brought up was the matings.  Having 2 great dogs and breeding them doesn't make it a can't miss deal/breeding.

Again, no one is complaining about the prices of the puos. As long as you are happy with your pup (and it seems that way) then that is all that matters.  What daryl & I said is that for what they charge, you can go overseas and get from a breeder who knows the lines with far more intimacy and has been doing it for way longer, thats all.

No one here is doubting your happiness with your dog or anything else.  Don't take anything personal.

Their pups do not start at $2500. You only have to glance at the website to see that. My pup was far less.
