I use the Belgium Arm as well. It is a great wedge sleeve. I use the Gappy intermediate sleeve for the young dogs. I like thier Pillow as well for the change from the leather puppy sack..
OBTW, I love the Frabo cuff for the Belgium Arm not the Gappy Cuff. It lasts longer and less snags.
