Last 4 posts yes!, exactly. Just had a "conversation" with the girl today. Dogs can't take care of themselves, (for survival, yes) like humans so they look to US. So if you're up at 0700 hrs. what's the first thing anyone has to do when they first wake up??? Then why would you think the dogs could or would want to hold it for another two/three hours??? As soon as your up "break" the dogs, let them stretch their legs........ you know?

Dogs first ALWAYS.  Why else would I get up at 5 am?  There are days when I am sick, PMSing, sore from too much whatever, days when cuddling under a feather tick with my hubby in the -30 ( no ladies you can't have him he is the best snuggler ever).  Do I want to get out of bed?  Nope but I must.  I took that responsibility when I got into dogs.

Whenever I run across some douchenozzle who can't be bothered to tend to his dog's needs before his own, I imagine how wonderful it would be if I could put the jackhole in the dog's position and make THEM dependent on someone else giving them access to a toilet, or food and drink, or the freedom to move about and stretch their legs... Betcha they'd piss themselves while they were waiting...
