The dog is obviously tilted and we cannot see the patellas >>> from that xray your dog would fail.

I disagree dogshome9. I've had positioning tilted much worse than that and the hip still looked good. Honestly, I don't think even the best positioning is going to make that hip suddenly look good enough to pass OFA. JMHO

You need to see knee caps on your dog's hips x rays. They must be in the middle of the knee like a bull's eye.

Dog probably will not pass even if the positioning would be done well, but this is not a death warrant. I would venture to say that this dog will have normal life but I would not breed it.
Keep the dog skinny but do NOT spay or neuter that in most cases will ad to the weight of the dog and make things worse.
Really well cooked chicken feet are the best natural and bioavailable source of Glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and HA
Love the dog. He/she will be OK.
