Yep, tos only works for some people but if you do a quick Google search you will see that the lovely Juliesue graduated from high school in 1960!

I think the record for the most post on a thread was the
Gabbie thread fight....I am still having to get therapy for that
one...I only made 1 post to that...A thread like that can go on endlessly.
And some how.... not be in violation of TOS. And than I see alot
of constructive criticism being deleted...We as members are fully capable of
recognizing a non productive post and a productive one. This is not a pit fight
environment but an awakening and move on type...or it should be.

Max: One of the main reasons Oli had to appoint moderators was the fight you reference. There were NO mods back then. Now that there are mods, we will no longer tolerate that kind of nonsense. This includes the same kind of nonsense Vickie and Juliesue have been trying to engage in for a while now.

Wow! Moderators allowed my Heidi thread to violate TOS all over the place and yet nothing was done because it was an attempt to defame me. Now, when the tables are turned I can't post things that DON'T violate TOS and it gets deleted.................................what does that say about the moderation? Biased? I think so!

That thread ran amuck for 14 pages! Yet moderation was not even heard from ONCE!
I suggest you get your facts straight. Moderators stepped into that thread 4 or 5 times, and were forced to delete/edit posts. No one defamed you on that thread. As far as it going off topic, re-read the TOS Vickie. The subject of Athos wasn't really that far off topic, since it was a question regarding your providing promised documentation.
You can't have it both ways.
We are moderating with a lighter touch in response to the membership.

As a matter of fact, we monitored that thread closely and deleted any posts that violated the TOS. Also in response to the general membership we only step in when absoloutly necessary, such as when two people can't control themselves and turn every thread they are on into a pissing match with one another.
