This conformation show match was put on by the Fort Worth GSDC as their affiliation club match to become full members of the GSDCA-WDA.
The reason for the long grass was that the field we originally intended to use did not allow for us to do the gun test. So we moved to this outer field in the last minute.
We had more entries for our club conformation match than the South Central Regional. We had a whole group of GSD enthusiasts come all the way to Denton, TX from Houston, Oklahoma . . . to support our little club. I thought it was a successful event despite the heat. Everyone helped each other out.
If you want to check out the activities of the Fort Worth GSDC, check out our site and check the Galleries page where you might find more silly pictures from our match. We all had a good time, at least no one has complained to us that they had a bad time.
In the meantime we also have once a month German style showtraining in a Park which is receiving positive response. If you are in the DFW area, check us out.
