I think that would be a VERY large loss to the Board. I came here looking for help with my female and received it. The old timers leaving is not a good thing.

The beauty of this forum has been its lack of stringent moderation. If I want to deal with Schutzstaffel, I will go to the so-called "green board". It sucks to have a post deleted simply because it is OT.

I referred to one mod on the "greenboard" as Frau Schutzstaffel. She even read my PMs to a close friend and removed us both from the board for unknown reasons.

I will miss your thoughtful, insightful comments. It lessens the value of the time spent here, when the more educated voices are silent. jackie harris.

Most of the old-timers are gone from here. There are other places we feel more comfortable spending what time we have, sharing what experience we have.

If one posts on the data base the first thing one must have is a thick skin, I take very little to heart on this web site I,ve enjoyed posts on here from the in depth discussion on dog related issues and to the silly OT stuff that makes life a little more enjoyable and if I look at a post and don,t like it I just ignore it.

The moderation on this site is really a joke #1 Moderators should NEVER post under the name MODERATOR to any post it if they feel like adding to a discussion then they should post under there screen name and leave the MODDIE cap at home. 

#2 There only posts to a thread should be to identify the breach of T.O.S. and Moderate to that point Not enter into the discussion.

#3  The Moderator must be able to divide them selves from there own personnel interest,s of the post and the poster and Moderate unbiasedly very few have figured that out.

The only thing this site REALLY needs is to allow only real names to post with a serviceable email address which is verifiable. You would cut down with so many mods of different ruling criteria and make it more enjoyable for all.

  

 

Ulli has always been a great asset to this board. His knowledge was invaluable and always freely shared. A true gentleman. I am very very sorry to see him go and I hope that after a break and some time away he will come back again.
