this is where the refused to accept the Salem PD voucher was posted as NEWS.
I posted here accordingly ...
U of Penn did not deny initial treatment but regarding the surgery would not accept the PD Voucher and advised Salem PD $9,000 would need to be paid before the surgery.
hopefully this clarifies the matter ....... VB

Do Police Depts. from N.J. and Penna. use them Yes some, Not All
