She looks just like an old friends aussie/ pit mix. Mother was a pit and father was an aussie.

I have aussies, a couple in fact:)  The short coat doesn't indicate she is 'not" an aussie at this point, some aussie puppies really dont have that fluffy puffy coat when young, in fact my show aussie, looked like a rangy short haired mutt with a big head when she was that age..As she matured she came into that full show coat.

The coloring could definately indicate she is aussie, I think what throws me off some, and why at this point I'd say heeler/aussie mix, is the squarer head . I dont see pit or anything else..

She is really really cute no matter, aussie, aussie/heeler mix she will be loads of fun I'm sure:)

Had a rescue puppy several years ago that looked just like this one pictured.. Grew up to look like a Catahoula.

I'd say Aussie/Pit mix as well. Maybe ACD/Heeler mixed in there but the stop on the head is a bit off. This is my male who has a pretty "big" head for the breed at 3.5 months old:

Psycht  what a cutie!! Love the one with the stuff animal LOL I see what you are talking about in the head piece.

I can not see why someone would just throw her out at the road! There lost and my friends gain :)

Help is needed finding a home for this littel girl . She is needing more socialization then my friend can give (with work and everything) She is a sweet girl but not to trusting of people. Has not problems with cats or dogs, sound on all surfaces, walks really nice on a leash, will follow you once she gets to know you (trust)  already getting used to crate training will not soil in it. Very Clean puppy. Up to date on shots and worming.

Looking for someone that can take the time to socialize her  and take the time she needs. Will be a very devoted dog in the end.

Thanks in advance

I'm leaning towards the aussie/heeler mix whatever though damn cute and looks like trouble LOL
